Dalco Passage Hump is a rock pinnacle in DFO subarea 11 off Gig Harbor, Washington, rising through a depth range of 5 to 170 feet in mid-exposure water. The structure holds Pacific Halibut, which peak from March through July, alongside Lingcod that concentrate February through April and Chinook Salmon running strong from June into September. Anglers targeting halibut work drift jigging with leadhead jigs, metal jigs, herring, or salmon belly across the deeper rock, backing that up with bottom bait fishing using whole herring, squid, octopus, or salmon heads. Lingcod respond to jigging with metal jigs, swimbaits, and leadhead jigs over the pinnacle's harder edges, while Chinook come to trolling with flashers and hoochies, cut-plug herring, spoons, or whole herring through the passage. The vertical relief and rock bottom also support Darkblotched Rockfish, Pacific Cod, and Canary Rockfish across the same depth band.
