GETTING THERE: Park at the Prospect Point lookout in Stanley Park or walk/cycle the seawall around from Third Beach or Lions Gate; a short steep path drops from the seawall to the rocky shelf below the point. Fish the tide changes, and watch footing on wet, sloping rock.
