Offshore long-leader gear fishery: open year-round beyond the 40-fathom line; 10-fish daily bag limit of only approved pelagic rockfish species (yellowtail, widow, canary, redstripe, greenstriped, silvergray, chilipepper, blue, deacon, bocaccio); canary sub-bag 2/day; no other bottomfish allowed on same trip except sablefish, Pacific cod, and flatfish; lingcod cannot be retained; cannot be combined with traditional bottomfish trips. Stonewall Bank YRCA is closed to long-leader and regular bottomfish fisheries.
