The Giants Graveyard Hump is a rocky pinnacle rising from the outer, exposed waters off La Push, Washington, with depths ranging from 25 to 90 feet. This structure draws Pacific Halibut and Chinook Salmon through their peak from April to August, while Coho Salmon build from May into September and Lingcod hold strongest from February to April. Anglers working the pinnacle for halibut lean on drift fishing with whole herring, salmon bellies, octopus, or squid, and switch to jigging with metal or leadhead jigs when targeting lingcod over the rock. Chinook and Coho respond to trolling flashers, hoochies, and trolling spoons across the exposed edges, with mooching cut-plug herring an option on the drift. Canary Rockfish, Pacific Cod, and Copper Rockfish round out the catch across the rocky bottom.
