White Rock is an outer-exposed rocky pinnacle off La Push, Washington, rising through depths of 20 to 90 feet. The structure holds Chinook Salmon at their peak from April through August and Coho Salmon from May through September, both taken by trolling flashers, hoochies, and trolling spoons across the open water above the rock. Lingcod stack up on the pinnacle itself, peaking February through April and responding to metal jigs, swimbaits, and leadhead jigs worked close to the structure. Pacific Halibut move through from April to August and come to drift fishing with whole herring, salmon bellies, octopus, or squid over the deeper edges. Rockfish, Pacific Cod, Cabezon, and Wolf Eel round out the year-round catch across the rocky bottom.
