Edmonds Oil Tanks sits in Marine Area 10 off Seattle, Washington, a fishery spanning depths from 30 to 130 feet. Lingcod hold over this structure with a peak in January and a second run from February through April, taken on jigging with metal jigs, leadhead jigs with swimbaits, or bucktail jigs, with live greenling and live herring working as supporting options. The salmon runs turn on through summer and fall: Chinook and Pink Salmon peak from July through September, while Coho build from June into October. Trolling cut-plug herring, whole herring, flashers with hoochies, and trolling spoons covers the salmon through the deeper water, with mooching cut-plug herring a workable alternative on Chinook and Coho. Cabezon round out the catch across the same rocky depths.
