Graeme Point is an outer-exposed rocky drop-off near Port McNeill, British Columbia, where the bottom falls away through depths of roughly 260 to 660 feet. Chinook Salmon run strongest from May through August and Coho Salmon from May into September, both worked with trolling using whole herring, anchovy, spoons, or flashers with hootchies, with mooching cut-plug herring as a secondary approach. The rock structure holds Lingcod, which peak across several windows from February through September and respond to jigging metal jigs, swimbaits, and leadhead jigs over the drop. Pacific Halibut hold along the deeper contours from May through August, taken by drift jigging leadhead jigs with plastic swimbaits or metal jigs. Black Rockfish and Copper Rockfish stack on the rock through the summer months, worked with metal and leadhead jigs and soft plastic swimbaits.
