About Kreusler Park Reef
Kreusler Park Reef is an artificial reef off Jupiter, Florida, within the Southeast Region of Florida's Atlantic state waters. Common Snook and Gray Snapper peak here from May through July, Yellowtail Snapper from May through August, and Mutton Snapper from April through June, while Crevalle Jack patrol the structure and King Mackerel run strongest in March–April and again in October–November. Snook respond to live bait drifting with live pilchards, live mullet, or live shrimp worked along the reef. Gray and Mutton Snapper fall to bottom fishing with live pilchards, squid, or cut bait dropped tight to the structure. Yellowtail Snapper rise to chumming and flatlining with cut ballyhoo or silversides, and King Mackerel take slow-trolled live goggle eyes, blue runners, or threadfin herring.
