Ououkinsh Inlet Hump is a rocky pinnacle in the outer, exposed waters off Kyuquot, British Columbia, rising through a depth range of roughly 25 to 285 feet. The structure holds Lingcod, which peak from March through May and again June through August, alongside Pacific Halibut peaking March through August and Black Rockfish through much of the season from March to September. Chinook and Coho Salmon move over the hump through summer, with Chinook peaking May through August and Coho June through September, and Rougheye Rockfish and Pacific Cod round out the bottom species. Anglers working the rock target Lingcod and Black Rockfish with jigging using metal jigs, swimbaits, and leadhead jigs, while drift jigging with leadhead jigs and metal jigs suits the deeper Halibut ground. Salmon are taken by trolling anchovy, herring, hootchies, and spoons across the pinnacle's upper water.
