GETTING THERE: Park in the Neck Point Park lot off Morningside Drive and walk 5-10 minutes of gravel trail to the sandstone shelves on the outer point. The best ledges are fishable on a mid to low tide; the rock is slick and exposed to swell in a southeaster.
