Percy Ledge is an exposed rock pinnacle off Winter Harbour, British Columbia, rising through a water column that runs from 20 to 305 feet. The structure draws Chinook Salmon at their peak from April through August and Coho Salmon from May through September, with trolling anchovy, herring, hoochies, and spoons working the upper water while mooching cut-plug herring covers the same fish. Lingcod hold tight to the rock and peak February through April and again June through August, taken on metal and leadhead jigs worked along the pinnacle. Pacific Halibut move onto the surrounding bottom from May through August and respond to drift jigging with leadhead jigs and swimbaits at depth. Black Rockfish stack over the structure from May through September, holding on jigs and soft plastic swimbaits fished across the shallower rock.
