Navarro Point is an outer-exposed rocky drop-off off Fort Bragg, California, where the bottom falls away through depths of 260 to 660 feet. Chinook Salmon are the headline target here, peaking from April through September, with Coho Salmon and Pacific Halibut (peak March through August) sharing the water column above the structure. The rock supports a deep lineup of groundfish, including Lingcod (peak January–February and August–September), Black Rockfish (peak March–June and July–August), Blue Rockfish (peak March–September), and Cabezon (peak March–May and September–October). Anglers work the salmon by trolling anchovies, herring, spoons, or hoochies across the drop, switching to mooching whole anchovies or herring when fish hold shallow. Down along the rock, jigging metal jigs and swimbaits produces Lingcod and Black Rockfish, shrimp fly rigs tipped with squid strips take Blue Rockfish, and bottom fishing squid, shrimp, or crab accounts for Cabezon.
