This rocky pinnacle off Winchester Bay, Oregon rises from the outer exposed coast, holding structure across depths of 60 to 70 feet. Lingcod peak from January through March here, hitting metal jigs, swimbaits, and leadhead jigs worked over the rock, with live greenling or herring taking fish that shun the jig. Pacific Halibut move onto the pinnacle from March through August, best targeted by drift fishing herring, salmon bellies, squid, or octopus across the broken bottom. The rock also holds Yelloweye, Canary, Copper, and Quillback Rockfish alongside Sablefish, making the structure worth working through the water column. Chinook Salmon run June through September and Coho June through October, both taken by trolling cut-plug or whole herring, spoons, and flashers over the pinnacle.
