Twin Rocks is an outer-exposed rocky drop-off off Garibaldi, Oregon, where the bottom falls through 10 to 40 feet over broken structure. The exposed rock and depth changes hold Chinook Salmon at their peak from June through September and Coho Salmon from June through October, with Pacific Halibut moving through from March into August. Lingcod stack up over the rock in February and March, while Cabezon holds along the structure from April through June, alongside resident Rockfish, Kelp Greenling, and Pacific Cod. Anglers troll whole herring, anchovies, and spoons for Chinook and work trolling spoons and hoochies for Coho, while jigging metal jigs and swimbaits pulls Lingcod and Cabezon off the rock. Halibut respond to drift fishing with herring, squid, and octopus along the deeper edge of the drop.
