Point No Point is an outer-exposed rocky drop-off near Edmonds, Washington, in DFO subarea 9, where the bottom falls from roughly 260 to 660 feet. Chinook Salmon peak here from June through August and Coho Salmon run from June into October, while Pacific Halibut concentrate from March through June and Lingcod turn on from February through April. For salmon, anglers work the drop-off by trolling flashers with hootchies, trolling spoons, or cut-plug herring, and mooching cut-plug or whole herring holds along the same edge. Pacific Halibut come to drift jigging with leadhead jigs and swimbaits or metal jigs over the deeper rock, and Lingcod respond to metal jigs, swimbaits, and leadhead jigs worked close to the structure. Black Rockfish stack up over the same rocky ground from April through September and take metal jigs, leadhead jigs, and swimbaits.
