Restoration Point sits off the southeast tip of Bainbridge Island in Seattle's Puget Sound waters (DFO subarea 10), where a mixed-bottom drop-off falls through depths of roughly 170 to 430 feet. The structure holds Chinook Salmon through their July–September peak and Coho Salmon across a long June–October window, with both taking well to trolling cut-plug herring, whole herring, flashers with hoochies, and trolling spoons along the edge. Lingcod concentrate on the harder bottom from February through April, and jigging metal jigs or leadhead jigs with swimbaits works the drop where they hold. Pacific Halibut move through from March into August and respond to drift jigging with metal jigs or herring across the deeper mixed bottom. Rockfish stay available year-round on the same structure, taken on metal jigs, leadhead jigs, and swimbaits worked close to the bottom.
