Distances are in a straight line, not by water.

Warspite Rock Hump is a rocky pinnacle rising from outer, exposed water off Campbell River, British Columbia, with fishable depths running from 160 to 210 feet. The structure holds Pacific Halibut, which peak from April through September, and Lingcod, strongest in May and June and again from August into September, alongside resident Pacific Cod, Sablefish, Redstripe Rockfish, and Rougheye Rockfish. Chinook Salmon move through from June to August and Coho from May to September, giving the pinnacle a mix of bottom and salmon fishing across the season. Drift jigging with leadhead jigs, swimbaits, or metal jigs works the depth range for halibut, while jigging metal or leadhead jigs and bait fishing with whole herring or octopus target lingcod tight to the rock. Salmon are taken by trolling anchovy, herring, spoons, or hootchies over and around the structure.
