About Warsaw Reef
Warsaw Reef is an artificial reef in the Gulf of Mexico off Panama City, Florida, at 30.0708, -85.8156 within the Panhandle Region of Florida's Gulf state waters. Placed structure like this gives fish hard relief to hold against on a seafloor that is otherwise largely open bottom. Anglers locate the reef by its coordinates, since the structure sits beneath the surface with nothing above water to mark it. The site belongs to the network of artificial reefs scattered across the Panama City area, and boats working the Panhandle coast often pair it with nearby structure in a single trip.
